Basically taknig the first two elements you obtain and combining them;
Reqs; Can't be a jiongu (Obv reasons) Perhaps at 100k+?
Talk to NPC To combine elements, (Should only be able to do it once)

Katon:
Katon + Raiton =Dissolve
Katon + Fuuton = Cinder
Katon + Suiton = Boil
Katon + Doton = Lava
Katon + Katon = Enton

Raiton:
Raiton+ fuuton = thunder
Raiton+ Suiton = Storm
Raiton + Doton = Magnetism
Raiton + Raiton = Light (As in pure Light)

Fuuton:
Fuuton + Suiton = Ice
Fuuton + Doton = Wood
Fuuton + Fuuton =Tempest

Suiton:
Suiton + Doton = Mud
Suiton + Suiton = Wave

Pros: Removes Some of the random clans no one uses, While still implementing most of the moves they had.

Cons: Could take to long to code, icon, etc.

I like what you're getting at but, it would take a great amount of dedication to get this all done. If you could get a team on your own set up to do this. I'd be more than happy to put it in. -sabaki
